Description
The house is located on the outskirts of the town of Moscufo, with a view of the Gran Sasso mountains. The cities of Pescara (by the sea) and Chieti can be reached comfortably within 25 minutes. The house is detached, with a large garden that has grapevines, fruit trees, and ample space for a vegetable garden, as well as an adjacent olive grove with 40 olive trees. The olive grove borders a bike path, and part of this property is designated as building land. Behind the house is the village road, which is a one-way street with little traffic.
The house has two floors: the living area upstairs and the garage downstairs. It is in good condition, immediately habitable, and has all public utilities (gas, electricity, water, and sewage), and there is air conditioning. From the veranda, you enter the living room, and straight ahead is the comfortable fitted kitchen. From the kitchen, a small spiral staircase leads down to the garage. To the left of the living room, a hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both rooms are very bright and have a beautiful view of the mountains. On the lower floor is the garage, which has an open fireplace and another room that can be used as a workshop.
