This beautiful little house is located a five-minute walk from the center of the village of Capestrano. It has all the features to be transformed into a beautiful typical Abruzzese home: the ceilings of the rooms are brick barrel vaults, although they have been covered by the previous owners for now, the floors of the rooms are original,
The structure of the house is solid, but the roof needs to be redone as it causes leaks in some places. The view from the house is beautiful because it overlooks the mountains with a stunning view of the ancient village of Capestrano.
Upon entering, we find a habitable kitchen, a living room, and a small storage room. A convenient staircase leads to the first and top floor, where the landing opens onto two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The exterior of the house consists of a small olive grove from which the structure of an ancient monastery can be glimpsed.
The house has a small garage.
The property is completed by a small fenced plot of land, located on the opposite side of the road, where there are native plants and which can be used as a small enclosed vegetable garden.
