On the first floor is the less rustic, more recent apartment. At its entrance we find a very bright cosy corner/sitting room with a sofa overlooking the balcony. (There is also a bathroom). From this sitting room area you can access the kitchen and then the large living/dining room and the three bedrooms. The ceilings are vaulted and from the windows the views include vignettes of the sea and the mountains.
The house is solid, excellent condition without damp issues and it is heated by natural gas. It It includes ample space and comfort, it’s perfect to make one’s own and it is move-in ready!
About the Location
Penne is only a 35-minute drive from the sea, 45 minutes from Pescara and Penne itself is a city with many amenities. There are bars, restaurants, shops, a post office, pharmacy, and a hospital. It is also well regarded by nature lovers. Minutes from the city centre is a beautiful lake where you can explore, hike or bike throughout its nature reserve trails and from the town, visible are the slopes of The Gran Sasso d’Italia Mountains (of which has the highest peak in central Italy) and its National Park reachable by car in 45 minutes.
