Description
The house is well-preserved, originally built in the early 1900s and located on the outskirts of the village of Paglieta, just a few kilometers from the sea. From here, you can also reach Lake Bomba and the National Park in just 30 minutes.
In the 1960s, the property was renovated using modern materials of the time, with the green plaster dating back to that era. In the main photo, you can then see how the house would look painted yellow. Originally constructed with solid bricks, fortunately, the old plaster comes off easily. The house consists of three floors. The ground floor features the living area, including a spacious living room, bathroom, and kitchen.
A staircase from the kitchen leads to the first floor where you can find two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and another bathroom. Accessible through a trapdoor in the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads down to the basement, which includes two rooms with brick vaults and a large open fireplace. Additionally, the cellar has an external entrance.
