Description
Traditional village house in the heart of the Maiella National Park, spanning two floors and approximately 70 sqm.
The property is accessed through a beautiful wooden portal with a finely crafted Maiella stone lintel. A short and convenient staircase leads to the entrance of the house, which, in the traditional fashion, also serves as the kitchen with access to a small utility room with a sink. From here, through a corridor, you can enter three other quite spacious rooms, one of which is a bathroom. “There is also a small charming balcony.”
The property is complemented by an external room with an entrance facing the main door of the apartment on the main street of the village.
“The structure of the house is solid, but the apartment needs to be completely renovated. Its distinctive features are brightness and a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Additionally, despite being in the town center, the location is very peaceful. The village has all essential services.”
