Description
The old farmhouse is located in an absolutely stunning rural setting, very close to the town of Città Sant’Angelo – a place renowned for its exceptionally high quality of life. The Adriatic coast is just a few kilometers away.
The property covers approximately 1,800 m² and is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. It sits in complete seclusion at the end of a country lane, which is officially registered as a public municipal road. The surrounding landscape is well-maintained and rural, with existing connections to electricity and water. Most of the land is flat, offering a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. From here, you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains – immersed in the countryside yet close to town. Secluded, but not isolated.
The building itself is in very poor condition; a complete rebuild would be the most practical solution. This is possible, as a building permit was already granted in the early 2000s, allowing for the construction of a house with a living area of 124 m² and a covered veranda of 35 m². Although the project was never realized, it could be re-applied for today. Our architect will be happy to assist you with the planning process.
Città Sant’Angelo is a charming, typically Italian small town. Perched on a hill above the Adriatic coast, it offers a lively mix of shops and restaurants, regular cultural events, weekly markets, and traditional festivals – a vibrant town full of Mediterranean charm and historical character.
