A perfect country house with a garden and olive grove, located just 2 km from the village of Moscufo and a 20-minute drive from the city of Pescara and the sea. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden and is nestled among the beautiful olive groves of the hilly countryside near the coast.
There are two apartments, each with its own entrance and separate driveway with a gate. The apartments are connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, you enter the ground floor apartment through the east terrace, where you’ll find a large living kitchen with an open fireplace. A hallway leads to the bathroom with a shower and to another room with a large panoramic window and access to the south terrace.
Upstairs is a second apartment, accessed from the entrance area on the north side. It features a bright, spacious living kitchen with an open fireplace, boasting two enormous panoramic windows that offer views of the hills and mountains. This apartment has a large bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms.
Surrounding the house is approximately 2000 m² of fenced garden with olive and fruit trees. An agricultural plot with about 200 olive trees of the noble “Dritta” variety, as well as garden land and fruit trees, borders the garden. There is also an irrigation water well.
The house is accessible via a paved road.
