Description
If you want to have outdoor space to care for your flowers, be close to the sea and mountains, host your friends, and breathe truly good air, this is the house for you.
The house is located approximately 1 km from the small town of San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore. The lively town is situated on the edge of the Majella mountain range National Park, with the highest peak reaching 2800 m. The mountains and the sea are only about 40 km apart from each other. The house itself is very bright and comfortable, suitable for those who prefer to avoid stairs but still love nature and the landscape or want to live close to nature.
The house is situated off the main road in a residential area accessible via a private driveway. The property includes a fenced garden, a lawn used as a parking lot, and a covered shed/garage. The fenced garden is adjacent to neighboring gardens. Within the garden, there is a stable and an annex used as a workspace, both of which require renovation. Additionally, there is a workshop and a wine cellar beneath the house, along with a large covered seating area featuring a built-in barbecue overlooking the garden. A metal staircase from this area leads to the spacious panoramic terrace.
The living area of the house is located on the ground floor. The entrance is at ground level, with a shaded summer seating area under a pergola covered in vines before the front door. Parking is available directly outside the entrance. Upon entering, you step into the living room, with a study to the right that also includes a small storage room. The door from the study leads outside to the garden and covered seating area with a built-in barbecue, with a pathway leading down to the stable and workshop.
Continuing through the house, you pass through the living room into the kitchen which features an open fireplace and fitted kitchen. A corridor leads from the kitchen to the large panoramic balcony offering stunning views of the Majella mountains and the sea. To the right of the corridor are two bathrooms, and to the left are two bedrooms, both equipped with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
Outside, there is a small garden with fig trees and grapevines, with a ramp leading down to the wine cellar and workshop. On the other side of the garden is the chicken coop and a large workspace with an open fireplace and toilet. A metal ladder from the covered terrace leads to the large roof terrace, providing a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea.
