Description
Beautiful traditional house on two floors in the historic center of Capestrano,
The property extends over two floors and a basement. On the first floor there is a bathroom, a large entrance hall with a back closet dug into the rock. The entrance leads to the kitchen and living room: these two rooms are connected to each other.
A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms. If you want, you could also make a terrace out of a portion of the roof. From the outside there is access to the common area and then to the cellar partly dug into the rock. Miraculously preserved is the stone structure that was used in ancient times to produce wine.
