Description
This delightful little house in the municipality of Spoltore is on two floors and consists of two rooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The two floors are connected by an internal spiral staircase The house also has two entrances: one on the street level and one from which you can access the lower floor via a private lane.
The lower floor has a very pretty outdoor area consisting of a paved area and a garden area where a small vegetable garden can be tended. Here we also find a small house for storage use.
As the house is located in the external and panoramic part of the village, the view is wonderful.

This house is located in the historic centre of Spoltore, a beautiful and typical village in Abruzzo.
Its shape is typical of a medieval village, but the town has developed as it is today since the 15th century. There are numerous historical and artistic monuments in this small village, just 20 minutes by car from the sea and 25 minutes from the mountains.
