Description
The house has recently been renovated and is ideal for those who prefer not to use a car. It is situated near the Central Square of Paglieta, making everything accessible by foot. Good public transport connections allow an easy access to the sea or nearby art cities. The house consists of 3 floors.
Upon entering, a staircase leads to a spacious room with a beautiful brick vault, and a few steps further lead to the living room-kitchen. From there, a wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor where the bathroom and bedroom with a small balcony are located. The room’s height would allow for a loft to be installed.
About the location:
Paglieta is famous for its excellent wines and is near the untouched beaches of the Costa dei Trabocchi. A visit to Paglieta allows you to take in views of the Majella mountain range, the Apennine chain with the Gran Sasso, and the Adriatic Sea. The town has ancient origins, evidenced by numerous Roman artifacts.
Paglieta overlooks the Sangro River Valley, offering a rich territory filled with archaeological, historical, and cultural heritage, as well as natural beauty and gastronomic resources. Heading towards the coast, you will find more urbanized areas.
