Here, from the central entrance, on the left side there is a large eat-in kitchen with a balcony, on the right side a bright living room. The central corridor leads to the bathroom with a bathtub and bidet at the end. Here, on the left and right sides of the bathroom, there are two large bright bedrooms.
The house has radiators with GPL gas and electric water heaters, and it is very bright. Overall, the entire house is in quite good condition: the structure and the roof have been well preserved, there is no rising damp, the windows, the vaults on the ground floor, and most of the floors are original, the wood-fired oven is functional. The property also includes a small stable, currently overrun by vegetation.
The land surrounding the house can be cultivated as a vegetable garden or used to create a large garden as the well is always full of water.
