Description
The large holiday home is located just a few kilometers from the town of Lanciano, the Adriatic coast, and the Majella mountain range (National Park), on a hill overlooking the mountains, on a not heavily trafficked village road. There is parking available on the side of the house or along the public road. The building structure is generally in good condition, with the roof and walls well maintained and partially renovated, although the balconies would need to be restored.
With relatively little effort, the house can be made habitable. It is an ideal starting point for trips to the sea and the mountains. To the left of the house, there is a courtyard of about 200 square meters with a large workshop that could be purchased additionally.
The house itself has two floors and an attic in good condition. On the ground floor, to the right of the entrance, is the large kitchen with an open fireplace and an additional entrance from the side alley. On the right side is the living room, and in the middle is the staircase.
The house has its own pizza wood oven under the stairs. On the landing between the ground floor and the first floor, there is a large bathroom, and on the first floor, there are bright, spacious bedrooms on the left and right of the corridor, each with a balcony. From here, there is a great view of the mountains. The staircase leads to the attic, where two more rooms can be built.
