the historical house is located in the center of Paglieta – directly overlooking the panoramic square with public parking right below the house. Shops and restaurants can easily be reached on foot. The small town is a perfect starting point for the sea or the mountains.
On the ground floor, there are two small storage rooms, which can be used as a garage for bicycles. The entrance to the house overlooks the square, you climb the stairs to the first floor, on the left is a bright living room with a balcony overlooking the sea, and on the right of the stairs is another room with a fireplace, that could be used as a kitchen. From the kitchen, you go up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The panoramic view of the sea from here is beautiful. The house needs renovation work regarding sanitary facilities, electrical installations, window frames, the roof has recently been redone, and the masonry structure is in good condition.

During a visit to Paglieta, you can see the entire Majella mountain range and the Apennine chain up to the Gran Sasso and the sea at a glance. The origins of the town are very ancient, with numerous excavations dating back to Roman times. Paglieta is located in the valley of the Sangro river, and towards the mountains, you will find the national parks with beautiful and diverse natural landscapes, while the sea can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The area is known for its excellent wines, olive oil, citrus fruits, and fish, as well as many winter and summer sports opportunities.
