The completely renovated apartment is located on the ground floor, making it ideal for those who prefer minimal stairs but still want to be in the mountains. Just a few meters away is public parking. This part of Bussi’s historic center is situated near the Castle, which is – partially- still under reconstruction following the 2009 earthquake. The apartment is situated along a road accessible by car.
Upon entering, you will find a small bathroom, kitchen, and hallway leading to the living room. Four steps from the living room lead to the sleeping area, which includes a large bedroom and a bathroom. From this side of the house, there is a beautiful view of the Tirino valley and the lush mountain slopes. The house also features a private terrace of approximately 30 square meters above the sleeping area, accessible via a retractable ladder located in the hallway.
The layout of the living room-kitchen area can be easily changed, and opening the wall between them and gives the opportunity to have a large and bright living room kitchen.
